Why choose Luxury Vinyl Tile/Plank Flooring (LVT/LVP) for your space?

Our company offers a highly durable vinyl flooring option that can be installed as a floating floor or a glue-down floor. One of the main advantages of this option is that it can be placed over an existing level floor, which eliminates the need for any rip-out labor and minimizes mess. Additionally, the installation process is relatively quick, as there are fewer steps involved compared to tile or marble installation.

This LVT/LVP product is composed of three major components that contribute to its superior quality. The first layer is a sound-absorbing pad that provides noise-reduction benefits. This pad is attached to the main core, which contains the vinyl and decorated layer. Finally, the top layer is a scratch-resistant wear layer that comes in three different performance levels, ensuring that your floors are protected from damage and wear and tear. Our team of experts can guide you through the process of selecting the most appropriate performance level for your needs, ensuring your satisfaction with your new LVT/LVP flooring.

Floating vs. Glue Down LVT

A floating floor is designed to allow for natural expansion and contraction due to changes in temperature and humidity, without compromising the durability of the floor. However, if you plan on placing heavy furniture on the floor, a glue-down installation may be a better option to prevent any movement. The adhesive will secure the vinyl in place and prevent any buckling or warping that may occur with a floating installation.
